About this Speaker

  1. I like to number items to facilitate referencing :)
  2. I grew up in a household of 9 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Boston (middle child of 7).
  3. I went to college with dreams of becoming a lawyer. Left college and became an accountant. Found my calling in business strategy while working in advertising.
  4. I've been in AM/CSM roles for the past 8 years. I currently work with an amazing Customer Success team at Asana. Before that, I worked with another amazing team at Everlaw.
  5. I'm constantly fascinated by Customer Success work, including how applicable it is to other parts of life.
  6. Integrity, awareness, and creativity are the core pillars of my work.
  7. When I'm away from work, you can find me dancing or mixing music for others to dance.
  8. I enjoy driving to places and taking pictures that I almost never look at again :)
